The character development was great and I enjoyed reading about all the side characters. This is a great book for teen boys but can still be enjoyed by girls.

It has a great depiction of the spiritual war happening all around us and how God’s plan is greater than anything we could imagine. The romance is light in the first book but does pick up through the rest of the series.

The characters were very relatable and the writing style was more lyrical based. There are multiple POV’s including the angels and the mystery made it a quick read.

😇 Why should you read this book about angels and demons? This is a heartful Amish story that reminds us to stay strong in our beliefs even when others doubt us. I loved Judith’s and Andrews’s characters. They both displayed strong faith and their interactions were so sweet to read.
It is different from the rest of the books on the list as it’s not about the battle between good vs evil, but a reminder that God still performs miracles.

😇 Why should you read this book about angels and demons? This is a biblically based end times novel but a really unique science fiction twist! The writing style was very engaging and the characters were amazing. There was lots of great dialogue and even some laugh-out-loud moments.

However, God keeps bringing them together, which scares her and reopens old wounds that could ruin her. Angels watch over them, but they can’t do much as the world comes to an end and battles intensify – not just for Angelica and Daniel but for everyone.

The whole plotline was fast-paced and engaging, and really makes you challenge your intrinsic beliefs of spiritual warfare and what you would do if you were faced with the end times.
